The car you have rented can only be used by the individual(s) specified in the contract and the delivery form. No damage assurance is valid in case of damage caused by the use of the car by third parties who are not specified in the contract. To add more drivers to the car, you can buy the “Additional Driver” service. Up to 5 additional drivers can be added for a car. Rentals are available within the age and minimum years since driver’s license issuance requirements specified for each car class. Unless these conditions are fulfilled, you can rent a car within the limits of this package by buying the service package “Young Driver”. The young Driver” service package also includes the “Super Maximum Assurance” service. You can view the fees for Additional Driver and Young Driver Services during the booking process. You can access this information through our call center, offices, website and mobile application.
Details on the minimum age and required minimum years since drivers’ license issuance for each vehicle class is provided in the table below. Both the rental customer and any additional driver(s) must meet these requirements. The driver’s license must have the Republic of Türkiye ID number on it. No rental can be performed with driver's licenses combined with newly issued IDs. You must have your driver's license with you. You can rent with a foreign driver’s license and passport You can rent a car with a driver’s license and passport that have been issued in the Latin alphabet. If your driver’s license and passport do not use the Latin alphabet, you must have them translated by a certified translator, and the original translated documents should be provided to our office. Additionally, the country entry customs stamp in your passport must be dated within the last 6 months.

Our cars can be rented for at least 24 hours per day and 23 days per month.
In case of possible delays:
in case of delay over 2 hours, one day rental price valid on that date shall be added to your contract and collected from your credit card.
If your car pick-up or drop-off time coincides with the office closing time, you must pick up or drop off the car at that specific time. The option for a delay of up to 2 hours shall not apply to rentals with a pick-up or drop-off scheduled at the office’s closing time.
Please return the vehicle with the fuel level you have picked it up. In case the car is dropped off with less fuel than when it was picked up, a service fee of 40% of the missing fuel price shall be added to the missing fuel price and collected.
Drop-off to the Office:
If you want to drop off your car to a different office than the one you rented it from, there will be a “One Way” fee charged.
The One Way fee is also applicable when you drop off a car to an office within the same city that is different from the one where you initially picked up the car.
Home Pick-up and Home Drop-off:
Our home pick-up and drop-off service shall be subject to change based on the availability of our offices. For further information, please feel free to reach out to the office from which you intend to rent.
ASSURANCES
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS
The additional products and services available for purchase alongside your car rental include the following. At the booking stage, you have the flexibility to select from various additional product and service options by reviewing their fees and coverage limits. For further details, feel free to reach out to our booking center or visit our rental offices.
Traffic fines, including those for using incorrect toll booths on bridges and highways, as well as additional service fees resulting from traffic rule violations, shall be charged to the credit card of the contract holder (the rental customer named in the contract).

Irrespective of the rental period outlined in the contract, the total mileage covered shall be restricted to the monthly mileage limit corresponding to the car class in question. You can extend the mileage limit by purchasing extra mileage packages from the “Additional Products” section when booking. You cannot buy additional mileage packages once the rental period has begun. If the daily mileage limit exceeds the monthly mileage limit, an additional fee shall be charged based on the overage fees outlined in the table below.

In addition to the car rental fee, assurance package, and additional product and service fees, a security deposit shall be collected in advance from a single credit card belonging to the rental customer at the start of the rental period.
The credit card shall be charged or refunded based on any fee adjustments that may arise at the conclusion of the rental period. The rental customer must be physically present at our office, and we do not accept additional drivers or credit cards belonging to different individuals. Debit cards and virtual cards shall not be accepted as valid payment methods, and installment payments are not available.
Deposit Fee:
Along with the car rental fee, deposit amounts, ranging from TL 3,000 to TL 6,000 depending on the car class, shall be collected upfront from the rental customer’s personal credit card. These collected deposit amounts shall be fully refunded within 7 business days at the latest if the car is dropped off under the conditions it was picked up by you.
Security
For your security, 3D Secure is used for your payments. To enhance your shopping security, www.garenta.com.tr employs an SSL security certificate.
"Pay Now" and "Pay Later" Preferential Bookings:
In your "Pay Now" and "Pay Later" preferential bookings, you can change the car class, drop-off office, booking date, add and remove additional products and assurance packages, as well as changing the pick-up office. Some changes may result in price differences. In case of a change of pick-up office, the existing booking must be canceled and a new booking must be made. For your new booking, you may be provided with a new price compared to the existing price.
Early Drop-Off:
If the car is dropped off before the booking dates after the beginning of the rental, an early drop-off penalty shall apply. The rental price shall be recalculated depending on the number of days the car will be used. For the unused day, the penalty fee calculated with the determined rate shall be charged to the user and the remaining amount shall be refunded.
Extension:
Upon a request to rent the car for a longer period than the booking dates following the beginning of the rental period, the additional fee that will occur after the price is recalculated by the system shall be charged to the user's credit card at the beginning of the rental.
No-Show Policy:
If a car is not picked up at the scheduled time indicated in the booking, it will be marked as a no-show after a 2-hour period. During the additional 2 hours, your booking shall remain in no show status and no car class can be guaranteed. Your booking shall be canceled after a total of 4 hours.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Your booking can be canceled up to 1 hour before the booking time and you shall not be charged anything in such a case.
If you decide to cancel your booking under conditions other than those mentioned above, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
