The campaign is also valid for rentals made via the Garenta mobile application, Garenta website, and Garenta call center. When you want to rent from the mobile application or website, it is sufficient to enter the campaign code on the relevant campaign page. You can benefit from the discount when you go to our offices or by calling the call center, providing the name of the IBB employee or affiliate company, showing your ID card and telling the campaign code.
Equipment may vary between the cars featured in the offer and those offered for rent.
The daily usage limit for our vehicles is 500 kilometers, and the monthly usage limit varies 4,000 kilometers. If the daily usage totals exceed the monthly limit, an overshoot fee will be charged.
Your driver’s license must bear your Turkish ID number.
When renting by credit card, the credit card must be in the name of the renter or of a company. You can find out the valid card details by contacting the office before rental.
 In addition to the rental fee, the coverage amount corresponding to the selected car class is charged to the rental customer’s personal credit card at the start of the rental period.
Our prices include VAT.
Prices include 24/7 Roadside Assistance Service, Compulsory Traffic Insurance, Periodic Maintenance, and Replacement Car Service.
